Who Should Stay Here:
This campground is located on the outskirts of Pierz on Park Avenue. It’s a comfortable, quiet campground. RV’s can easily drive into the campground. Tent or yurt camping is ideal. A great place for extended family members to stay. Going to Freedom Fest or have a baseball tournament to attend? This is a great option for your weekend event. Located less than a mile from the Soo Line ATV trail. Has a beach for the kiddos and a small dam.
Things To Consider:
There is a small dam on the skunk river at this location which separates the campground from the park/golf course area. The campground isn’t heavily wooded so be prepared to provide yourself with some shade. You might notice golfer traffic across the river but nothing imposing. Nice sandy beach and typically shallow with a few sneaky drop-offs. Fishing for crayfish is optimal here.
